Easy Mango Souffle Recipe

Mango Souffle Recipe 

Know how to make the easy mango souffle with as less as six ingredients. Mango souffle is a tasty fruit delight made of rich cream and eggs. Many other fruit souffle can also be prepared by simply replacing mango with the fruit of choice. 



Ingredients:
1. 1 cup mango puree 
2. 6 eggs 
3. 1 1/2 cup Castor sugar 
4. 2 cups Cream 
5. 1 tsp Gelatin 
6. 1 Ripe mango

Directions:

1. Beat the eggs and whisk well. Add castor sugar and cook until thick. Leave aside to cool.
2. Whisk the fresh cream with mango puree. 
3. Dissolve a teaspoon of gelatin in water and add it to the egg mixture. 
4. Stir the egg mixture with the cream mixture and pour it into molds. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 3-4 hours. 
5. Garnish with the slices of the ripe mango and cream. Serve the mango souffle immediately.
