Brownie Fudge Ice Cream


Ingredients:

  1. Evaporated milk 1 can (chilled)
  2. Condense milk ¾ can
  3. Cream 400 gm (whipped)
  4. Chocolate sauce ½ cup
  5. Chocolate essence ½ tsp
  6. Brownie 2 pieces (crumbled)

Cooking Directions:

  1. Beat evaporated milk till double in volume.
  2. Fold in condensed milk and whipped cream with chocolate essence and chocolate sauce.
  3. Put in a air tight container for 4 hours until semi set.
  4. Remove fold in crumbled brownies and leave it to set until firm.
