Well, it has been revealed by the film’s co-producer and the director Madhur Bhandarkar that on the dresses of Kareena Kapoor in the film, there occurred the mammoth cost of INR 1.5 crores. He tweeted to his fans on twitter that a decade back in 2001, he had made the superhit movie ‘Chandni Bar’ with INR 1.5 crores and now he invested the same amount just for the costumes of the leading heroine. He went on saying that how the time got changed so fast.
In this film, Kareena Kapoor will be seen wearing more than 130 different outfits designed by the leading fashion designer of Bollywood Manish Malhotra.
Initially this film was offered to Aishwarya Rai who got pregnant then this flick was offered to Kareena Kapoorwho happily said yes to slip into the shoes of Aishwarya Rai.
